A: We are a manufacturer. Our factory is located in Nankang District, Ganzhou City, Jiangxi Province, China, with an 80,000 square meter industrial park. Welcome to visit us.

Q2: How long is the delivery time if I place an order?
A: It takes approximately 10-30 days after receiving your order confirmation and agreed deposit.

Q3: What is your specific delivery process?
A: Our team will follow up on every stage of production (material cutting, assembly, polishing, interior painting, packaging) and provide you with the latest progress updates for each stage. Our sales team will provide as many photos and videos as possible, and we can also meet with you if needed.

Q4: How do you pack and label?
A: All delivered furniture is professionally packaged to minimize the risk of damage during transportation. The item number and product code are clearly marked on the packaging boxes for your convenience upon receipt.

Q5: Can I order samples? Are the samples free?
A: Yes, we provide sample orders for some clients, which incur a sample fee. However, this fee will be deducted from your bulk order.

Q6: Can you do OEM or ODM?
A: Yes, our factory offers product customization services. If needed, we can sew your logo onto the product. Please send us your design, and our professional R&D team will study it to see what we can do.
